Dena’s Art Den strives to provide a fun and creative experience for every guest. The following policy helps ensure that classes and events run smoothly for everyone.

Private Event Bookings

Private events such as Paint Parties, Sip & Dip events, and Team Building sessions require advance planning and preparation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify Dena’s Art Den as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event may be rescheduled based on availability.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may not be eligible for rescheduling.

After School Art Classes

After School Art Classes are billed on a monthly basis.

If a student misses a class due to illness or scheduling conflicts, the class may not be refundable or transferable.

If a student plans to discontinue classes, please notify Dena’s Art Den before the next billing cycle.

Event Changes

Dena’s Art Den reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes or events due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, weather, or other scheduling conflicts. If this occurs, participants will be notified and an alternative date will be offered whenever possible.

Participation

Art activities involve the use of paints and materials that may stain clothing or personal items. Participants should wear appropriate clothing.

Dena’s Art Den is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings during participation in classes or events.
